Emile Henry 9" Pie Dish

I have owned Emile Henry ceramic baking dishes for 25 years now. I absolutely love and endorse Emile Henry, and this pie dish is a classic that many imitate.

My dishes have the same color as they did when I first purchased them. I own Emile Henry pie dishes in stunning red and blue cobalt colors. 

This bakeware does its heavyduty job really well. Withstands temperatures to 482 degrees F (only specific bread baking dishes go can handle 500 degrees F). Everything bakes incredibly evenly and since this is ceramic, it is a great non-toxic option for your food.

The best part? It looks amazing as it takes your pies from the oven to the table to the fridge or freezer (if you are lucky to have leftovers) to the dishwasher. It looks so pretty that you can extends its function and use it as everyday serveware - I use mine regularly to serve side dishes.
